At Military Outdoors, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

All shipped orders include tracking whenever tracking is available from the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-demand periods, supplier restocks, product launches, or sale events.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is usually:

  • United States: 10–20 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 10–30 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, local postal service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note: We do not currently ship to Hawaii.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch, especially when a package is moving between fulfillment centers, carriers, or countries.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment partners.

If your order arrives in separate packages, each package may have its own tracking number and delivery time.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

All prices on our store are listed in the currency shown at checkout and do not include import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may apply in your country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking local customs rules, import restrictions, and product legality before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Military Outdoors is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Delays, Lost Packages & Carrier Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier or local postal service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, local postal services, weather, holidays, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control.

If your package appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help you review the latest available tracking information.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder product, the estimated shipping time may be longer than standard delivery times.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately or together depending on availability.

Digital Products & Gift Cards

Digital products, including e-gift cards, are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

No physical shipping or handling charges apply to digital products.

Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your digital item.
