? Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@military-outdoors.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

? What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment options depending on your location.

? Is it safe to order from Military Outdoors?
Yes. Our checkout uses secure technology to help protect customer information during order placement and payment. Military Outdoors does not store your full credit card details on our website.

? Which currency will I be charged in?
The final checkout currency and available payment options may depend on your selected country, payment method, and Shopify checkout settings. You can review the final amount before completing your order.


Shipping

? Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Military Outdoors offers free standard shipping to eligible destinations.

? Do you ship to Hawaii?
No. We do not ship to Hawaii.

? How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

? When will I receive my order?
Average delivery time is approximately 10 working days, Monday to Friday. Depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and local delivery conditions, delivery may take up to 30 working days.

? How can I track my order?
You can check your shipment status on our Track Order page. We will also send you an email notification when your order has been shipped.


Returns & Damaged Items

? What should I do if I need to return an item?
Please review our Refund Policy and contact us at info@military-outdoors.com before sending any item back. We will provide instructions based on your order and return request.

? What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us at info@military-outdoors.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue.

? Are used or modified items eligible for return?
Items that show signs of wear, misuse, damage after delivery, alteration, resizing, refitting, or unauthorized modification may not be eligible for return or refund.


Products & Availability

? Are product colors and sizes always exactly the same as shown?
Product color, size, and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, selected variant, and supplier measurements. Always check the selected variant before ordering.

? Are all products official military items?
No. Military Outdoors is an independent outdoor gear store. Products are not official military issue items unless clearly stated on the product page.

? Do you sell firearms or ammunition?
No. Military Outdoors does not sell firearms, ammunition, weapon parts, body armor, ballistic protection, or products intended for combat use.
