Please note that you can contact us any time for an update and we will be happy to guide you to the latest information available. However please note that we are not the shipping company and once we have dispatched your order, we have no means of expediting it.

SHIPPING RATES

  • We offer STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders with tracked postage.
  • Shipping is FREE for ALL ORDERS.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO HAWAII

Special busy periods: during new range launches, re-stocks & sales please allow an additional 1-3 days on-top of the above.

DISPATCH & SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We dispatch all orders within 1 - 5 business days. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will get your order out to you as soon as possible.
  • Once your order is on its way to arriving in your hands, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow the progress of your delivery.
  • Don’t be alarmed if it takes a little longer, especially if your delivery address is remote or rural, sometimes the postman is super busy, especially around public holidays and the festive season.
  • Note: If your items are returned to us as the incorrect address was entered at checkout we will your item re posted out.
  • Note: We use Australia Post and couriers to deliver your parcel and are not held responsible for any delays, return to senders caused by these services.

Public Holidays: not included as delivery days
Next working day delivery: does not include Saturday or Sunday as a delivery day

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All prices are in US dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order.

International shipping can take up to 30 business days to arrive.

DELIVERY PROCESS

We only ship orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and do not operate on public holidays. In the event of a product being out of stock when you order, we will contact you directly.

We will email you to confirm your order and again when we ship it. Rural areas may require additional delivery time. Please allow up to 30 days for your items to arrive after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services and are not held responsible for any delays, return to senders caused by these services.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Our collection of flattering activewear is sourced directly from the wholesalers allowing you to have a fast, hassle-free shopping experience. This also means that if you have purchased items from different brands you'll receive different parcels. e.g. If you order from two different brands you'll receive two parcels....

PRE ORDERS / BACK ORDER

If you ordered a pre order / back order item (as outlined in the item name and / or in the item description), any other items in your order may also not be shipped out until the pre order delivery date. Please note that pre-orders are non-cancellable once they have been processed and stock allocated.

DIGITAL ASSETS (GIFT CARDS)

All our digital assets, namely e-gift cards, are delivered electronically through email. There are no shipping or handling charges associated with these items. Upon purchase, the digital asset or e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the order immediately. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your digital asset or e-gift card within this timeframe. The purchase of digital assets and e-gift cards is considered final and non-refundable once the email has been sent to your inbox.

RETURNS

European customers can return item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Once your return items are received back at our facility, we can issue you a store credit via a gift card for the item to repurchase the correct colour/size/item you were after. Items can be returned within 14 days after you have received the items at your address.
