Just right. It has good storage capacity and is easy to use.

The material is decent. It's great for carrying items that aren't too heavy around the waist. The quality is satisfactory for the price. It has a strap, so you can wear it around the waist or on the shoulder.

It arrived in a wrinkled state.
After arrival, you can stuff towels and other items into the bag and leave it for a while to help it regain its shape.
The fabric is quite sturdy for the price. It may be waterproof, but I think water will seep in through the zipper if it gets wet. I think it can be used in light rain conditions.
There is a pocket on the inside, which offers good storage capacity.
With a detachable belt, it can be used as a shoulder bag or a waist bag.
There are a few flaws, but it's cheap so it's not a big deal.
But there's no doubt that it's a good buy.

Decent. I bought the first one a year ago as a component of a survival backpack and an essential for hiking trips. Lots of useful solutions, handles although some cannot be used simultaneously. Can be attached to the backpack, carried separately or as a "waist bag" on the hip. Nothing gets crushed or falls off, that's why I bought a second one intended as a "cosmetic bag" for a guy XD. I recommend it.

The fact that the zipper is not double-sided is slightly inconvenient when walking.
Excluding that part, I am satisfied with the performance for the price.
